You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. U.S. Orders Only

We currently only accept and fulfill orders within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

3. Guest Checkout

You may browse and purchase products on SandySled.com as a guest. No user account is required.

4. Product Information and Use

We provide detailed information, instructions, and videos regarding the use of our beach equipment product. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is free of errors or omissions. Use of the product is at your own risk and subject to the disclaimers posted on this site.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations. If your order is canceled, you will be promptly refunded.

6. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable New York State sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy governs all returns. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

8. Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates:

Free Standard Shipping is available for customers located on the East Coast of the United States (including but not limited to: ME, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL).

For all other U.S. regions, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

While we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will assist you in locating your order if issues arise.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and the design of our product, is the property of Coast4Life LLC. Our product is patent pending. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coast4Life LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or the product, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
